i think my first weight was extra high because of period bloat. i feel that i have lost a lot of water weight in these days and probably a small amount of fat. also i have a digital scale that is really sensitive and sometimes tells different weights based on how hard the floor is or how i stand. i always use it on the hard bathroom tile though and try to stand up straight for consistency.
58.9 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I recommend weighing youself everyday but calculate your week average and stictly consider that to evaluate your progress. Of course, you should do it always in the morning, before drinking/eating anything and after "toilet duties". If you can keep the scale exactly the same place and look forward while it "sets" your weight that will help as well. Even following all this your daily weight will be very unstable so, I strongly recommend the weekly average. Good luck!
