Morning Blood Sugar: 144
Noon Blood Sugar: 136
Evening Blood Sugar: 104

Numbers continue to improve, but won't tell my doctor how I did it other than watching what I eat. She is anti-Atkins to the extreme. I will let my labs speak for themselves. Once it is a undeniable conclusion that it works and is a healthy diet I will let her know.

Better and better every day....mine was down this morning as well....let's keep at it and one of these days we will be on the other side of 100. And I agree with not telling the doctor....there are many doctors who advocate the LC regime as an effective way to control blood sugar. You are doing so well....who could argue?
