No food entries for today. Breakfast was cold ham, turkey and beans with coleslaw, Orizo and potato salads. Not conventional breakfast food, but as my hubby says - anything you eat for breakfast is breakfast food. :-) Lunch will be a bowl of chowder. Dinner will probably be a stir fry. Back on track tomorrow.
