Nicely done! 3 miles! I may not get 3 miles on the treadmill today but I'll do my usual mile (I don't run yet), rhythm boxing and lower body/core this afternoon. Today will reach 51 degrees in Michigan so hubby and I will grill our proteins for the week :) Enjoy the rest of your weekend and have a successful week!

I had a wonderful bike ride outside for 45 minutes and the hula hoop for 20 minutes. I have lost almost 40 lbs so happy.
