Long day at work & little time otherwise gang, but just thought I would take a minute to challenge everyone to stay on task over the weekend.
Be DILIGENT. Be TENACIOUS. Be FIERCE. Be FOCUSED. Be the HAMMER.
I know it's Mother's Day & the celebratory nature will tend to lead to food; but seek to set yourself apart this weekend gang. However, since we will all eat something, eat well & exercise. Then the weight will take care of itself. Stay on task & keep your climb alive.
Hope all is well across the mountain this evening & wishing all of you a good weekend!!! Especially all the Mother's out there!!!

I'm trying to plan well for Mother's Day. We're celebrating at a friend's house, and she has the worst eating habits of anyone I know. She claims to want to lose weight but makes the worst food/drink choices then throws up her hands and says, "I'm just destined to be fat!" *smh*
In any case, I'm making a huge veggie platter and another dish that I know hubby and I can eat and still stick with our diet. I'm also bringing my own stuff to drink because I know there will be BOTTLES and BOTTLES of EVIL SODA there. I even told her to count us out when making treats because I have no intention of eating some fat and sugar laden dessert. When they're all moaning and holding their distended bellies, I'll be relaxed and satisfied. :-)

As Always, JW...Thanks...for your inspiration AND Example!!!!!...Keep Climbing, Buddies...and learn ALONG WITH me that we can CELEBRATE the MILESTONE events of Life WITHOUT Necessarily Going TOTALLY OFF PLAN...even if we give ourselves a "cheat" or FREE day, even THAT can be PLANNED AND CONTROLLED!!!!

Food is only one way to celebrate - and we still can choose wisely!
