Well was doing so well today then my pregnant sister came over and brought some Red Velvet Cake with her.. Had a small slice and have put my dinner on and used 90% of my RDI.. I have 142 calories left for snacks later :) I got on the scales today and they said 12s 1.5lbs so I think I have lost at least 2.5lbs so far .. Happy isn't the word :) Will weigh in again on Sunday.. that will be my weigh in day. xxx
