I went running after work because yesterday's jogging felt great.
Today though was a completely different story. After around 2 miles of my planned 6 mile run I run out of steam and turned around. I arrived really tired and will take it easier today and tomorrow.
On the positive side, I am now 1lb away from my set goal ...
