WORSE DAY YET!!!!!! I started the day off yesterday so well by having a wonderful weight in then I ruined it by eating wrong. I cannot believe I messed up so bad on one meal. I had a plan when I ordered my meal by getting all the extra stuff on the side, my mistake was eating the appetizers, that is where I messed up my plan. Oh well today is another day and I will just have to work double hard this week to make up for it.
