I just started again. What a big mistake taking the month of December 2022 off of my diet because I couldn't get back on it at all in January 2023 which is why I am officially starting again on February 1st!
Going over my previous year (historical data) - It looks like I am in the same range this month (this year) as I was this month (last year) so I feel like I am right on track.
What is helping this time is... my 2 coworkers started WW for the next 6 months so they are always talking about points, portions, etc... so I feel motivated too. My Dr. said sticking with a low-carb diabetes diet is the way I should go (again) and we laughed because I am an all-or-nothing girl (extreme).
