Seriously! It’s love/hate!! Whenever I do a big cardio run the day before I “know” the numbers will improve (even though it must just be sweat/water). When it’s a weights day or walking-only day, I expect to be up .6 or .8.

I used to weigh every day but my feelings were always hurt and the scale kept telling lies and playing games!! I don’t have time for that! I try weighing every 3 days ( 1/2) week!
😥 much better

Nope, don’t obsess about weighing at all. I weigh out of life long habit. I don’t care about minor day to day fluctuations. It’s only the trend I care about and I basically know that before I get on the scale because I KNOW what I have been eating.

LOL! I always comb my hair before I weigh every morning, just in case my touseled tresses trap air that gives me an extra ounce! Silly, but true!

I reweigh if I forgot to take my Apple Watch off.
😂 Texasgranny, I like your thinking 🧐

I love all the great humor in your posts! It keeps everything lighter. I only weigh once in a while. I know I will want to weigh again if I notice my shirts and pants a little looser. I'm afraid with fluctuations I may become disheartened and give up if I weigh every day. You guys are brave to weigh everyday. I'm with Kenna Morton on that one.

Happy Tuesday 🙂, I weight 4 days a week. Not Monday after the weekend and not on weekends. It works for me.

Taking notes here.. don’t eat heavy the night before weigh-in. Comb hair for extra lightness. 😂. Following for more fun tips. I need that

Thanks @thekel1959 gotta laugh right? Everyone is different in their approach to weighing themselves. I find this works for me and uyp @moko 13 that watch needs to sit aside and be a spectator :-)
