I was away from home and ate half a fish with no dressing and only one side of the bun. Plus, 6 fries. The shake was a planned treat and I shared it. So, while not ideal it was a good compromise when taking my 89 yr old Mom out her choice of place. The photo share was accidentally. I usually turn off share if I am recording to remember how often I eat less healthy but forget occasionally.

I love onion rings too. I have been doing the Wondera program through work and you can have treat foods in small servings but you have slow down and savor them. Plus, make them occasional. It's really helpful to me. If I say I can't have things I get so that's all I can think about then go and binge on them.
