0,5 kg aja ka/minggu krn kmren itu sempet BB stuck jd aku cobain IF tapi yg aku rasain LP mengecil walau turun BB sedikit. Aku berat 55 kg tp banyak yg blg ga mgkn krn keliatan kayak berat 50 kg dan aku pake size S walaupun berat badan 55 kg
