Hang in there. We all go through this. But you are definetely doing the right things in attacking your cravings from a different angle. I am a serious emotional eater. Whenever I have a bad day, or anything is unusual, I could swim in a vat of chocolate and eat my way out. LOL I try to change my focus by distracting mysself with something else. Once you really learn that this works, it becomes easier.
And I know how it feel to look at your graph. I also didn't start charting right away so my weight loss on here looks discouraging. So I remind myself everytime I see it that its just a fraction of what I've really lost. It helps!! Hang in there.
