A little up today, will keep on keeping on. I'm positive I'll see a drop, just waiting it out. Still managing to get outsid everyday for exercise no matter what (Winterwarrior.com). Even with galoshes over my sneakers and braving puddles, ice and slush yesterday.
Oh my galosh, it's Friday! No Friday or cheat weekend, I want to slide into Monday with good news (no slush involved)!
Some little weekend challenges so pre-planning will be key. I'm going to a birthday dinner tonight at a restaurant. So I will be checking out the menu online in advance. Still doing 'dry Jan.' so water or soda water it will be! (That is the easy part). If there is cake I might do a 'tiny' piece. I'm lucky that I possess very solid willpower (I'm really stubborn LOL). Plus, I haven't done a lot of refined sugar...in weeks, so I know it'll make me feel yucky and throw my cravings into a death spiral.
Tomorrow, I have a baby shower and although I can't plan in too much in advance (no clue what the menu is), I can have a healthy breakfast on the later side and put a healthy snack in the car for the ride home, just in case I don't have the best food choices. (Got to get it all surrounded). So those are my thoughts for today and the weekend. Planning in advance will be key!
