Alright, I have my plan in place. After some tinkering, I am prepared to handle the dinner we have planned for our company tonight. I had to say no to my daughter who was begging for Subway for lunch (Glen--I have not yet mastered the 6-inch sub as you have! :) ), but her dad took her. I am going to go burn some calories cleaning the house and walking the dog.

I did good. Actually did not eat enough. Walked 5 miles too. My feet are killing me. Walking on the actual road is so different than a treadmill; going from soil to pavement, slope of the road, weather, etc. I am a lot sorer than usual.
