My first day. So glad to have a team again!
This has been a slow day. Planned to go grocery shopping but it was snowing when I got up.
Weight 179.2 FBS 106 B/P 137/76 p68 O2 94% sleep 10 hr.
For Daily Dozen, I got 3 servings of beans, one cruciferous veg and greens, a bunch of spices: tumeric, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, nutritional yeast, onions and garlic for more veggies. All of it counted for Mediterranean as well.
Not a lot to eat today and not all good. Muffins (2) and chili with kale, and of course, my dark chocolate treat. Very Happy
Rest day, so no exercise to post. Lots of sleep last night ... 10 hr.
It has been a week since my carpel tunnel and ulnar surgery. Still healing, so no weights yet. Got my cardiac release on Dec. 29th, so I am hoping to get back to working my program soon.
Tomorrow is another day and I will work harder. Rolling Eyes
Plans for Tues: Back to my eating program and a few min on the recumbent and probably some walking. Got my Fitbit back on now so my steps will count.
