This has been a busy week! Training today at work...so no desk work for me...but also no walk...just sitting! UGH! I am finding that on the days I cannot get my walk in I just don't feel right. So, I'm going to scrub my kitchen floor instead! LOL I will surely get my walking in tomorrow---even though it's like we've gone back to March here...frost advisory in effect tonight. Ok, time for all that mess to go! Even though the scale has reflected very little...I am noticing daily that my clothes far better...some even getting a little too loose. THAT is one more reason it's all worth it!!Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend....JUST KEEP SWIMMING!!!
