Hi, I’m Alina
My diet pass is quiet long. At my teenage age I was *fat* so I always tried to loose some weight. Sometimes successfully, sometimes not. For last year I gained my maximum 66,5 kg. Stress, junk food, no sports. For last few month I restarted my sport activities and I try to build a habit. I count calories because I can’t say no to sweets, but I want to control them.
I don’t expect fast results. I spent 2 years gaining all this weight, so I will go slowly to loose it. I don’t think I will go till 52 kg, but my goal is healthy and sporty body.
So will see. Already excited to see me in 1 year😍
