Finally got back to my scale. Was a long week of only having protein shakes for dinner.. but it paid off.
It’s been a long week of work, and I am really excited to be able to make it to the gym tomorrow morning ! I’ll see you there!!! 😅😁😘👀

Good work, Lonnie! I have been thinking about doing something similar. Last time I wanted to budge a bit more weight, I fasted. I found that too tough to do so, this time I’m considering going on the health shakes drinks for a few days. FYI, my shake is Vega (all-in-one shake/mixed berries), fresh spinach, cup of frozen blueberries and water.

Your scales are like a mirror. It may be correct to weigh yourself without clothes, but we see everything.🫣😅 Or was it the author's intention?
