Despite the 3 glasses of chardonnay last night (that's what his family does to me!) I still lost a 1/2 lb over the last three days!! So excited! I was so sure I blew it completely! Today, redoubled efforts in exercise!
82.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
