Hmmmm.... not entirely sure how I've gained 3 lbs in the last 9 days 😳 Not a bad thing for my goal, I'm happy, just seems a little quick. Typically been weighing in at around 10am. These last 2 158lb weigh ins have been at 7am and today at 6am. Might be why. Since January 10 and the planned kCal increase, I've successfully hit my new daily caloric intake 3 days. The extra 250kCal has been tough. Water has remained somewhat the same. Still targeting higher intake, but also unsuccessfully. Working on it! So really, not much has changed. I do see my body changes though and I'm loving it!
