Yippee! Just goes to show that a few months break can push through a plateau very nicely. I have lowered my goal weight to 140. I think that kind of weight will be ideal for my height and age. More importantly for me, I think I’ll have a better chance of maintaining 140. Hope you are all as focused as I am (at least today!) 🥰
