Made it through Monday with a very nice walk in the afternoon. I am blessed to have a gym located on my work compound about 2 mintues from my desk. My co-walker (lol) and I were about to get stuck in a massive rain storm if we headed outside to walk, so we opted for the gym and had a better, longer walk than we normally would have! Anywho...back at it today trying to focus on protein intake today as I fell far short on that and calories yesterday. Got lots of sleep last night and feel wonderful!! Going to make another walk today--inside probably since it's a bit cool here and is threatening rain again.Just keep swimming!! Happy Tuesday everyone!!!
