I could attend a Weight Watchers meeting on Thusday night at 6:00 near my house. So- I think that I'll shoot for next Thursday-- and see if I can break out of this plateau.

Have you been doing WW all this time without going to meetings? You are a better woman than I. I think I need the motivation of the meetings to stay focused. I hope the meeting helps you!

I find the meetings are a great place to whine! My leader is a little boring, but she is a good listener and the group that is there for the summer are really hoping to stick to the program and lose. Good luck with the meeting!
