Monday, Monday...can't trust that day!! Well, you know how it is--back to the grind. Yesterday was such a strange day with regard to my sugars and today has started off that very same way! always a morning high bs, today I was at 113. Go figure--but YAY! Now, if only the scale could follow that same lead this week!! I did adjust my RDI this weekend in hopes that it will get me moving in the downward direction. No walk yesterday but a lot of housework. Does that even count? Anyway, off we go!! :) Just keep swimming!!! fbs 113 regular meds taken pm bs 164
