I walked a little further today, 2284 steps in 30 minutes. Total steps so far today 4562. Another lovely day in the 70s. Spent a couple of hours in garden work. Hank had rolled on three of my 4 leaf piles, but that didn't keep me from moving them to the garden. I realigned some of my cement blocks and brick borders and cleared the dead asparagus ferns from that raised bed. I didn't get around to mowing the leaf mulch yet. I did find another plant in my herb garden that weathered our deep freeze, oregano I think.
I stuck to my WOE today. 1098 calories, macros 8/67/25 for the beef/butter/egg fast. I enjoyed cheese chaffles for lunch, with a teaspoon of molasses (honey had mysteriously disappeared!) Lost one pound overnight, hope to lose another by Thursday morning. Keeping just one day at a time this week.
