Another superb day….Exercise was significant. 80 Minute hard cycle outside. Then 30 Minutes Stair Master and then a 40 Minute run. Followed that with full weight workout. Good day!!

Ate angio genesis and all CRON!!

Onwards and Upwards!!
80.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
