Same! But personally I desperately needed to switch off from work and everything. Back at work this week and by the end of the day I'm only on 2000 odd steps from sitting all day so I'm going to try going to gym in the morning morning. Wish me luck!

You should try doing HIIT workouts. They're quick but burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time! I actually did one this morning and it was only about 20min but I managed to burn quite a bit

I used to do bootcamp and HIIT when I was younger but unfortunately class times don't fit into my schedule now. To be honest I don't miss it, used to die lol

If I may add my 2 cents. Do not forget the value of a quick home workout, especially if you are pressed for time.
If you have enough space to lie down in, you could do your very own HIIT session at home, you don't even need equipment in the beginning.
The travel time saved alone could be upwards of 40 min for some people...
