Scale moved. Not sure how. Had a slice of pizza yesterday - ugh it was terrible. Didn't really want it but had no other choice. Pizza or spaghetti - don't know if I made the right choice. But I'm happy the scale moved down. Now the tough weekend looms ahead. Weather is supposed to be in the high 80's today. Will try and get out and do some yard work.
