I'm doing a 100 day challenge with some ladies I know and some I'm just getting to know. It felt good. The leader made a facebook page and we posted our goals and I even posted a picture. I was nervous, but I really felt accountable. I think the challenge goes until July 26th. I'm excited to see my progress at the end of it all.
