Today is "on-the-go" food day - probably not the best choices, but I tried. Will consume a bit more than I wanted to day, but I think I'll still be under my daily calorie goal, just not much exercise today either (other than tearing my hair out! Grrr Does aggravation count as exercise????) We'll see tomorrow what the scale has to say....
