I had a slip up tonight. It was already a bad day, then I was really hungry and tired and ended up grabbing some pretzels and peanut butter. I didn't measure any of it either.
Today wasn't good, but I plan to wake up tomorrow and get back on the horse. I'm going to try not to let that derail me too much.
