I just haven't been hungry today. I forced myself to eat though because since I've stayed on an eating schedule the past few days , I've lost some pounds! I am going to the beach this weekend so I am disappointed that I haven't lost more but I should be happy for the progress instead of complaining!! I was so tempted to do one of the fad diets I used to be so fond of but I decided against it. I worked out today in the heat and I was soaked in sweat but it felt good. I did get some mosquito bites on my face though! Now I am going to ride the stationary bike for a half hour and do my tank top ready workout the shower and get ready for bed!
