I stopped recording my weight...I went down to 134 by December 2010....then some of my friends thought I looked too thin...so I stopped watching so much! I have now gained 7lbs since then...so I need to get back on it again!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Don't let friends discourage you! I simply told mine, "You don't see me naked." Hah, that shut 'em up. They're basically clueless as to how hard you're working to maintain that routine. Wishing you the best of luck. (:

That's funny...I thought the same thing! I must say that from what I was last year at this time I look great....but I it is so easy to gain weight and I find it really hard to lose now! I had gotten back up to 145 which was a 10lb weight gain and that scared me! Thanks for your encouragement!
