bb 1 minggu turun 3 ons ..Alhamdulilah,,disela sela acara nikahan. tp bb tetap stabil turun 3 ons. pdhal makannya banyak yg oily, snacknya bar bar...ga naik saja sudah alhamdulilah 🙏☺😇..selalu bersyukur karena darah tinggi dan gula darah normal ❤
