As of july 1st.. I decided that by hook or by crook, i was going to tackle this issue. I decided to go back to my old food plan.. Kaye Sheppard's Food Addict: the body knows.. Sugar free, wheat free, gluten free.. and very low carbs. Adding my exercise on a daily or alternate days plan, writing my food down and committing it to someone and returning to OA as well as journaling, praying and doing therapy of some sort..
