Went to Dr. and heard the word morbidly obese and high blood pressure. Scared the ....right out of me. I know I'm fat but morbidly hit home. Never knew I had high blood pressure - usually was on the really low side - also terrifies me.
I have to stay with the program - I know it works - about 6 years ago I lose 50 lbs - but it's back with vengeance.
Started on the first step, cutting all soda. And cutting carbs, that's the hard part, trying to eat what I'm supposed to. But I have to do it.
I HAVE TO STAY WITH THE PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
