Ate well….Cals around 1800…a bit higher then normal. Need to hold the line at 1500. But such is life.
Workout was Stairmaster with Mile run repeats. Base Stairmaster 20 Minutes Leave stair master and run 1 Mile outside then repeat. Hard work in 85 degree heat!!
