I've bottomed out several times this week and have had to add in more than what I really wanted to of peanut butter, sugary drinks (YUK!!!!) and peppermint candy. Adjusting insulin isn't always easy; especially when you're new to it!
98.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
