Very tough GYM work Yesterday… Did Stairmaster Repeats. Lay down 40 minutes of base stair master at level 14. Then rotate with training partner. !0 minutes on Stairmaster 10 minutes off….While off doing step ups Weights, Bench Press and Kettle Bell.
Very tough workout.
Ate well….1500 Calories
