My Pandora station this morning was playing good songs on the way to work and now I have a song in my head. I heard about half of it before I had to shut it off. It's going to be in there all day, but at least it's one of my favorites. (For anyone who's curious it's "Here in my room" by Incubus)

It's another gloomy, misty, just plain ol yucky day here. No run for me today unless it gets a little warmer and less misty, but we'll see maybe my motivation to run will win out. My joints are still aching though, so maybe a workout indoors would be better anyway. It will have to be a late workout though because my hubby works this evening.

I feel like I ate too much again yesterday, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Today I'm going to try to get more fruits and veggies in. I'm going to the store to buy a salad for lunch because I've actually been craving one and I'm going to pick up some fruit to snack on. So I have a plan, I just have to stick to it. :)

It is crappy here too...muggy and misty. I feel your pain =( I also am having slight joint discomfort as I should put it...but I hear if I go strict paleo this should cure my joint issues. I just need to stop eating grains here and there. But you seem like you are happy and motivated! Keep it up and make sure to really stretch...this helps my joints before a tough workout

Planning Is half the battle! I have crepitus in my right knee. Tore some cartilage when I was a teenager, and now it audibly crunches every time I bend it. Doctor was babbling about a knee replacement... I'm only 28. It gets sore, and will become arthritic, so I'm just biding my time. The weight loss has helped a lot, but I try to stick with low impact work outs as to not speed up the breakdown of my joint. That's life I suppose :) Same crappy weather here again, and for the rest of the week it's looking like. I hope you have a great day despite the weather, and can stick to plan :)

So far the plan is working, but I really wanted to hit a drive thru for lunch instead of going to get a salad. I made myself go to the store instea, we needed a couple of things for dinner anyway, and got my salad and fruit. Now, no more temptations until I get home. :)
