Seriously don't worry about it. A few years ago when I lost a lot of weight I felt like I had turned into a craving lunatic. I got to the point when I just felt like saying "Oh F**@ it I don't care" and felt like giving up. Then I realised that if I just maintain my current weight, I could be healthy, and happy. So, set your target to your current weight. Stick to it, if you go up a bit eat a bit less till you get back there, if you go down a bit, treat yourself. Do it for a month, be happy, and if you still want to lose a bit more, come back to it. OK?

Be happy in the knowledge that if you don't weigh for a month you will have about four weeks without knowing ...lol :) xx

@Pretty26, Oh yeah forgot to mention...Just weigh yourself! it doesn't matter how much you weigh its just a number! There might be some correlation between how much you weigh and how you look, but its how you look that's more important! But neither are more important than how you feel and how healthy you are. YES?

@Pretty26, i know its frustrating when you are so close to goal weight you can smell it!! but Giles is right have a little break and just maintain this current weight, it does wonders for kick starting the weight loss again. sometimes i think our bods just need to take a breather. and be careful with the stomach and core muscles you need to let them repair or you could do worse damamge. Crucifix planking was invented by the bloody spanish inquisition as a torture method!!! it belongs in a dungeon not a gym ;)

Alas! it's never a straight journey downwards, more of a zigzag. Try not to beat yourself up :-). It's true it's good to have a break once in a while, it helps to reset your metabolism & hormones. When I've fallen off the bandwagon & taken a week or so out, I find I can actually start back dieting at a higher caloric level.
