I've been absolutely terrible! I wasn't losing as much as I thought I should be for as hard as I was working, and so... I had a rebellious few weeks... I am fully aware that I by doing this, I was rebelling against no one but myself lol. It made sense at the time. It's time to get back on the straight and narrow. I believe I've found the reason I wasn't losing much weight, and now it's time to attack this issue with a new plan.
