I’ve basically been on maintenance for the last month+. I’m trying to get the enthusiasm to lose the last few pounds but have been suffering with diet fatigue. I continually go up and down four or 5 ounces. I figure that’s not the worst case scenario. I hope everyone is continuing to be positive on their weight loss journey.
