great day yesterday. ate CRON…and plenty of angiogenesis foods. AM----did solid workout of stair master and running. ate nothing after 4pm
PM workout was good squash match.
weigh in this morning was after 530am spin class. so the weigh in was low. but hey….thats ok
onwards and upwards
