its really hard to stop a cycle of binging at night or anytime. i seem to have no self control. its frustrating and embarassing. i even hoard food in my room. i used to be anorexic. Now i seem to be the polar opposite. my meds dont help neither....im hungry all the time and eat when im stressed or bored or angry.... not because im hungry. i feel so out of control. ive jumped from anorexia to bulimia and binge eating/emotional eating. any ideas?
