I'm not really one to journal per se but I have to say that I am now 6 complete days without enriched foods such as-white bread, crackers,pasta, cereals, etc and I actually feel oddly different but in a good way. Today is the first day I haven't had a slight headache and I suppose that has been due to the reduction in caffeine as well as a blood sugar reduction. Incredible how just these slight changes have affected me so quickly. Can't wait to see what comes and hoping to find a way to add some exercise.
