Greetings Buddies!
So, I think I may have found my "sweet spot" for my food plan. It seems when I stay with a daily choice of around 30 TOTAL carbs or less (not net carbs), the "Idiot Box" moves down. And, my carbs are generally fruit or vegetables.
I also have been drinking extra water and green tea lately. Fluids help me feel full and flush out the system. Today I am drinking BP Coffee and doing 16:8 IF.
Threw around a 25lb. dumbbell yesterday...it depends on the move and the reps whether I can use it...but I am getting stronger.
Words of the week: "Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.”
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent
