I have been messing up my diet on the weekends. Boredom might play a part in that-- or just being out and having fun and fun means trying new foods...which means extra calories. So, I'm going to try to rein that in a little. And also not justify eating because I exercised hard that day. When I get stressed out-- I tend to "comfort" nosh. Knit instead of nosh-- that's the answer.
