I weighed in today for my Lose 8 by July 11th challenge. I am finally in the 160's!.... barely lol but there. I have not been here since 2003. And I am now over halfway to my goal. I am pretty excited. To celebrate I went to my favorite salad bar with my daughter. I got my salad and toppings.... She got a salad and fruit passing on the pasta salads and deserts. I have noticed when she is with me now she eats much healthier now. I so hope my WOE is teaching her something. Teach by example, right?
